VELOCITYworks was founded by Vicki Dickson, who has more than twenty years of management experience, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical sector.  Vicki has an honours degree in microbiology, an advanced degree in Human Resources (CHRP) and she is is certified in both Effective Intelligence and Self Management.

Vicki is particularly skilled at talent identification and effective integration of that talent into their roles.  She utilizes proven tools and philosophies to design custom solutions that will strengthen your organization.
